The HDS-808VW is a powerful AV distribution solution designed for professional environments requiring flexible signal routing, seamless switching, and advanced video wall capabilities. Supporting up to eight HDMI™ sources and eight displays, it delivers reliable high-quality video distribution with resolutions up to 4K@30Hz and a total video bandwidth of 10.2Gbps. Its seamless switching technology ensures smooth transitions between sources without screen blanking, making it ideal for control rooms, digital signage, command centers, corporate environments, and large-scale presentation systems. 

Designed for maximum versatility, the processor operates in two modes: a traditional 8×8 seamless matrix switcher and a video wall controller supporting multiple display configurations, including 4×2, 2×2, 1×8, and other custom layouts. Each output features independent resolution scaling, HDMI™ or DVI output selection, and image adjustment controls such as brightness and contrast, ensuring optimal display performance across mixed screen environments. 

The unit also includes advanced EDID management with preset, copy, and custom EDID options, allowing seamless compatibility between connected sources and displays. Up to 16 scene presets can be stored, recalled, deleted, or scheduled for automatic polling, enabling fast system configuration changes. Multiple control methods—including front-panel buttons, IR remote, RS-232, and Web GUI—provide convenient integration into professional AV control systems.
