At Fayz Electronics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your item, we offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to return most products for a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date. 
  • The product must be in its original condition, with all original packaging and accessories. 
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required for all returns and exchanges. 

How to Return an Item: 

  • Contact us at info@fayzelectronics.com or WhatsApp at +91 99250 12671 to initiate the return process. Please include your order number and the reason for return. 
  • We will provide you with instructions and the return address. 
  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging (if possible) and ship it to the address provided.

Refunds and Exchanges: 

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. 
  • Exchanges are available for defective or incorrect items. For alternate product requests, please contact our support team. 

Restocking Fees: 

  • No restocking fee is charged for items returned within 30 days in unused condition with all original accessories and packaging. 
  • A restocking fee may apply if the product is returned used, damaged, with missing parts, or without original packaging. 
  • The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount. Return shipping charges remain the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Non-Returnable Items: 

Customized products and special-order items made to customer specifications are not eligible for return. 

Return Shipping Costs: 

Domestic (India) Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped. In such cases, Fayz Electronics will arrange the return at no additional cost if reported within 30 days. 

We currently do not process international returns from outside India.

Damaged or Defective Items: 

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos or videos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
